IT services for DFW small businesses

Everything between your internet line and your inbox. If it blinks, routes, or syncs, it's ours to keep healthy.

Connectivity

Internet & Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Slow speeds, dead zones, dropouts, ISP finger-pointing — diagnosed and fixed, with coverage that reaches every desk.

Infrastructure

Network setup & cabling

Network design, upgrades, and equipment refreshes — switches, routers, access points, and cabling coordination, all planned, labeled, and documented.

Security

Firewalls & network security

Business-grade firewalls installed, upgraded, or replaced — including migrations from aging or end-of-life units — plus VPN access and segmentation that keeps guests off your books.

Systems

Server installation & care

File servers, backups, and on-prem systems — set up right, monitored, and recoverable when it matters.

Cloud

Microsoft 365 setup & migration

Email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint carefully migrated or configured to protect mail flow, minimize disruption, and keep everything organized.

Efficiency

Automation & AI

We eliminate repetitive office work — data entry between systems, report preparation, and email-based approvals — using tools such as Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.

EXPERIENCED WITH — Fortinet FortiGate · Palo Alto · Cisco · Ubiquiti · HP Aruba · Dell · Synology · Veeam backup · SAN storage · Microsoft 365 & cloud — whatever you already own, we'll make the most of it — and tell you straight when replacement makes more sense.

How an engagement runs

The same sequence every time, whether it's one bad access point or a whole office build-out.

STEP 01 — ASSESS

We look before we touch

A short walkthrough of your setup — what's working, what's fragile, what's about to bite you. You get plain-English findings, not jargon.

STEP 02 — FIX

We do the work

Clear quote first, then the repair, install, or migration — tested and labeled. Every project ends with a completion package: documentation of your infrastructure, what changed, and how it all works.

STEP 03 — KEEP IT GREEN

We keep it that way

Optional monthly care keeps patches current and problems caught early. Proactive monitoring helps identify many issues before they disrupt your office.

The person behind it

Enterprise experience. Personal service.

Noura Networks is led by Rashed, a systems engineer with 12+ years across enterprise networking, servers, security, and Microsoft 365. When you call, you're talking directly to the engineer who does the work — not a rotating help desk.

Common questions

Do you support businesses outside Dallas proper?

Yes — we serve the whole Dallas–Fort Worth metro, including Plano, Arlington, Irving, Frisco, and surrounding areas. Remote support is available anywhere; on-site visits cover the metro.

Can you fix problems remotely, or do you always come on-site?

Many issues — Microsoft 365, email, software, and plenty of network problems — can often be resolved remotely the same day. Hardware installs, cabling, and anything physical get an on-site visit.

We don't have any IT staff. Is that a problem?

Not at all — Noura Networks is built for businesses without internal IT staff. We act as your technical point of contact, explain decisions in plain English, and handle the work from troubleshooting through documentation.

What does small-business IT support cost?

On-call work is billed hourly with a clear quote up front; projects like Microsoft 365 migrations or firewall installs get flat-rate quotes. Monthly care plans are priced by office size. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute call so you know the cost before anything begins.

Will we actually understand what you did to our systems?

Yes — that's a core part of how we work. We document your existing infrastructure and every change we make, and hand it to you as a completion package: what you have, how it's configured, and how it works, in plain English. It's your documentation and it belongs to you — so you're never locked in or left guessing.

Our network equipment is old — can you upgrade it without chaos?

Yes — upgrades and replacements are core work for us: end-of-life firewall migrations, switch and router refreshes, and firmware updates, planned around your business hours with configurations migrated carefully and a rollback plan ready.

Can you help us move to Microsoft 365?

Yes — migrations from old email systems, Google Workspace, or aging on-site servers into Microsoft 365 are one of our core services, with careful planning to protect data, preserve mail flow, and minimize disruption.
